Over the course of two back-to-back sessions, KPMG Law, in conjunction with Microsoft, will be sharing the latest thinking around how to unleash the power of your legal department.

Legal department transformation by design

We will kick off our day of workshops with a focus on the latest legal operations trends, sharing insights from around the globe. We then take you on a journey of exploration, working with the KPMG Law Powered Legal assets, to bring the latest strategic thinking to legal department transformation. This will include an opportunity to reflect on the maturity of your department and hear from others on best practices and tips for achieving success in legal operations. This will be workshop format, facilitated by KPMG, where you will interact with your peers around relative maturity across key legal operations pillars.
