Nick Roome

Nick heads our Legal Services business in the UK. KPMG is a multi disciplinary practice and is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Nick spent 15 years as a corporate lawyer in private practice law firms (Addleshaw Goddard and DLA Piper) before moving as a corporate partner from DLA Piper to join KPMG’s legal services business. Nick has extensive experience in general Corporate Law matters, Group Reorganisations, UK and cross-border M&A, Private Equity, Equity Incentives and Joint Ventures, working with large corporates, management teams, financial and private equity institutions and high net worth clients. KPMG has a large team of corporate and commercial lawyers in the UK. These lawyers work on a broad range of projects as part of multi-disciplinary teams alongside tax and other advisory colleagues within KPMG.
