Dr. Konstantin von Busekist is a Partner and Head of Compliance, Governance & Organization and the Legal Operations departments for KPMG Law in Germany. Konstantin was admitted to the bar in 2003 and joined KPMG Law in 2007. He has extensive expertise and practical experience across a range of industries in the areas of: corporate governance; installation, operation and improvement of compliance management systems; compliance audits, compliance due diligence and compliance risk assessments; international compliance, implementation of compliant structures in companies according to international and relevant domestic laws; policy management, contract management; organization of tax and legal departments; and legal tech and legal operations support.
