Tim has over 30 years of infrastructure project experience having begun his career as an engineer and project manager for large scale transportation projects in 1983. For the past 25 years he has focused on transportation project finance and advisory work. Tim joined KPMG as a Managing Director in the Infrastructure Advisory Group in 2008, and he has led advisory engagements for a variety of nationally significant projects, including the comprehensive assessment of monetization alternative related to the Ohio Turnpike on behalf of the Ohio Department of Transportation, the Ohio River Bridges Project, a bi-state project sponsored by the State and Indiana and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the replacement of 558 structurally obsolete bridges throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on behalf of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
