Thomas has extensive experience advising clients on immigration law and international employment law. With more than 15 years of professional experience, he has built comprehensive expertise in the area of Global Mobility and the interdisciplinary links to employment, tax and social security aspects. He has participated in numerous projects relating to mitigate the compliance risks of international business travel and immigration processes.

Thomas provides services to a broad range of large and middle-sized national and multinational companies in different industrial sectors. He is a frequent speaker on international employment and immigration law matters and co-author of the book International Employee Assignments.
