Regina was previously KPMG’s Global Head of Energy and Natural Resources. She is a recognized global thought leader on business transformation and key client issues across multiple sectors and geographies including ESG, decarbonization, change management, and energy and natural resources. Regina is a sought-after speaker and a regular contributor to major media channels and features frequently in top-tier business press.
Regina has more than 30 years of experience in client-facing roles, delivering large-scale business and technology changes. She specializes in complex business transformation, process redesign, organizational design and change management programs. Regina is also recognized for her strong advocacy for inclusion, diversity and equity, with a particular focus on gender equality.
Regina, the founder of KPMG’s annual Global Energy Transformation Conference, is a frequent keynote speaker at major global industry forums in Australia, Mexico, the World Energy Conference and Women’s Energy Network events, among others.
She was an officer in the US Army Reserve and interned at the Pentagon as part of the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe liaison office. Regina is also a staunch advocate of veterans, having served as co-founder of the KPMG in the US’s Veterans Network.
