Ramon Jubels

Ramon started his career with KPMG on 1 September 1988 in the audit practice in KPMG in the Netherlands. In April 2002 he moved to Brazil initially to coordinate client relations with and audit of (subsidiaries of) Dutch clients in Brazil and from 2007 onward to coordinate the preparation for the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in Brazil. In July 2009 he became partner in KPMG Brazil’s Department of Professional Practices (DPP) and a couple of year later also partner of KPMG International Standards Group in London, UK. Since January 2020 he returned to Europe to coordinate the set-up of EMA DPP, the regional DPP coordinating the compliance with DPP requirements set by the International Firm in the European, Middle Eastern and African region of KPMG. In Brazil, Ramon was a member of the Committee for Inclusion and Diversity of KPMG in Brazil from January 2017 until his return to Europe, responsible for LGBTQI+ inclusion.
