Go live in lockdown: a case example

Spectris is an instrument and controls specialist that delivers value to many of the world’s most demanding industrial applications. Over many years, forty acquisitions created a patchwork of legacy HR systems and processes. In July 2019 they embarked on a project to establish consistent, efficient and evidence-based talent management for 9,000 people in thirty countries.
