Phil Lageschulte’s career spans over 35 years, encompassing a series of pivotal client and Risk practice leadership roles. Presently, Phil holds the position of Global Risk Services Leader, where his responsibilities encompass the strategic domains of Forensic, Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management, Risk and Regulatory Services, and Technology Risk. Before assuming this position, Phil served as the Global Technology Risk Leader and has held key leadership roles both in the United States and on a regional scale.
Throughout his career, Phil has focused his efforts mainly on the financial services and technology sectors. His extensive experience within the Audit practice, coupled with his expertise in risk management, compliance, governance, and regulatory, has uniquely positioned him to guide KPMG's global Risk practice forward and effectively address the complex challenges facing clients today.
