Paul leads KPMG Australia's national Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare industry group. He is also the Lead Partner for Planning & Infrastructure Economics.

He has more than 20 years' experience in transport and infrastructure policy and planning, urban planning and economic development in State and Local Government. He has also worked for the private sector in consulting and market development roles.

Paul has a keen interest in public sector reform and the transformation of cities and regions through leveraging infrastructure, better land use/transport integration and economic diversification.
