Dr. Huang is a pioneer in Taiwan for CSR, ESG, sustainability reporting, corporate sustainability strategy, sustainable finance and carbon management. Before joining KPMG, he was the Secretary General of the Business Council for Sustainable Development in Taiwan (BCSD-Taiwan) for 16 years. He sits in various committees of government and company in sustainable development or green economy and regularly presents on corporate sustainability in Taiwan and internationally.
Dr. Huang received the Ph.D. degree of Chemical Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University. Currently, he is also a part time associate professor of several universities in Taiwan, including the most leading advanced MBA and EMBA at National Cheng Chi University. He sits in the judge panels of several public and private Awards of CSR, Excellence in Environment, and Sustainability in Taiwan and Asia.

- Dr. Huang now is leading the Social Enterprise Service in Taiwan and acting as the think tank to government for incubating and accelerating social enterprises with social innovation.
