Matthew is a Director for the Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare (IGH) Practice and leads the Grants Center of Excellence in KPMG in the UK. He has overseen the safe distribution of tens of millions of pounds of grants. He has delivered grant services and managed grant schemes across the UK government as well as for international bodies. He brings over 15 years of experience of working on international projects with experience delivering grants programs in over 30 countries.
