Lucio Giaimo

Lucio has been practicing Tax & Legal since 1990. Lucio serves as the regional leader of the GCMS practice for KPMG in Latin America and was previously in charge of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice (M&A). Throughout his career, he has led tax compliance projects and local and international tax advice. He has participated in numerous mergers, acquisitions and company sales projects and has managed some of the most important fiscal, labor and pension due diligence processes in Argentina. In addition, he has advised his clients in structuring transactions. His areas of specialization include Tax Compliance Services, Outsourcing Services, M & A Taxes, and extensive experience in the Food and Beverage, Agricultural, Milk, Mining, Fishing, and Air Transportation industries, among others.
