Louise Worbey

Louise began her career in professional services 25 years ago working as an International Assignment Services practitioner, specializing in UK and US tax advice to expatriates in the UK. Gradually her focus switched from tax compliance to global mobility advice and consulting before being appointed as Head of Global Mobility for Deloitte UK in 2012. This role involved substantial GM transformation activities as well as operational responsibilities, and working as a trusted advisor to UK Board Members. A seat on the Global Mobility Council globally led to Louise becoming a key participant in the formation and development of their Global Mobility approach as their new European entity was formed in 2017. Louise was delighted to join KPMG in June 2019 as Global Mobility Lead on the KPMG Internal account, advising on the governance and strategy of those teams enabling the movement of KPMG people. Having been on assignment to both the US and India, she has first-hand experience to draw on.
