Leif Zierz heads Deal Advisory in KPMG Germany. Additionally, Leif was the head of Global Deal Advisory between 2014 and 2022. During his 30-year tenure with KPMG, Leif has led more than 50 high-profile deal transactions with a total value in the billions of euros and has established a reputation as a leading deal advisor. He has extensive experience providing strategic advice and acting as a mergers and acquisitions advisor. Leif has been responsible for innovative and ground-breaking partial and full privatizations, IPOs and share sales, and restructurings. He works with clients in a broad range of industries, including transportation and logistics, energy, waste management, healthcare, public sector and private equity.
