Karina is the ASPAC Regional Head of KPMG Elevate, KPMG International, and the National Leader for KPMG Strategy, KPMG Australia. Karina works with clients to identify and realise sustainable value creation, and has a background in commerce, innovation and technology.
Her experience across multiple industries and diverse background means she is able to advise her clients across all elements of their business and operating model to make informed decisions, bringing sector specific insights and experience. Her work in the ASPAC region sees her working across multiple countries and sectors spanning diverse economic, cultural, political and cultural models, and helping national and multi-national organisations improve their performance as they respond to current market conditions and anticipate future market opportunities.
With more than 20 years of experience in professional services and consulting, she has successfully established and led multiple digital, data and consulting platforms and businesses, including a leading Futures Institute focused on strategic foresight to power future economies. She is also a regular contributor to numerous leadership and innovation forums, and is a member Chief Executive Women, a member body of prominent women leaders focused on improving the representation of women in all aspects of leadership in Australia.
