Junichi is the ASPAC regional leader and KPMG in Japan’s Head of Accounting Advisory Services. He joined the firm in 1994 and started his career in the Audit practice. He covered automotive, electric and other industrial manufacturing business, including SEC registrants. He started his Advisory career in 2004, providing US-SOX and J-SOX implementation support to several clients. After joining the Accounting Advisory Services practice in 2010, he has broadened his experience in IFRS/US GAAP conversion, post-merger integration, Global quality closing, and finance process optimization. He also covers ESG relate advisory service and is a core member of KPMG Impact in Japan.
