Jonathan joined KPMG in Israel in 2000 and worked in the Technology practice advising startups and emerging private companies on their business models, raising capital for growth, and expanding their operations internationally. Jonathan relocated to KPMG in the UK in 2004 for four years, where he held the role of EMA & Global Head of Business Development for the Transactions and Restructuring practice. Jonathan returned to KPMG in Israel in 2008 and took on the role of Head of Markets, where he is responsible for market development and growth across the firm and together with the senior partner of the firm he has oversight and manages the top 30 national and multinational accounts for KPMG in Israel.
Jonathan is also active in the investment space, assisting companies as well as professional investors in Israel and abroad to help them identify transactions across a wide range of industries including, technology, energy and real estate. Jonathan was a founding champion of the KPMG Private Enterprise Innovative Startups Center of Excellence and was recently elected the Global Head of KPMG Private Enterprise in May of 2017.
