Dr. Jan-Hendrik Gnändiger has many years of experience in auditing annual financial statements in accordance with HGB/IFRS/US-GAAP and specialise in auditing and consulting in all aspects of corporate governance, i.e. risk management, internal control systems and compliance management systems in accordance with IDW PS 980, ISO 19600 and ISAE 3000. I also offer auditing and assurance services for shared service centres and service companies in accordance with ISAE 3402/IDW PS 951/SSAE 16 for outsourcing activities.
