Forrester’s 28-criterion evaluation of customer experience strategy consulting providers identified, analyzed, and scored the 14 most significant providers. KPMG was one of only 4 providers named a leader, receiving one of the three highest scores in the strategy and current offering categories. According to the report, “KPMG powers CX revolutions through culture transformation. KPMG has built its CX strategy consulting practice in the past decade, leaping forward through a combination of external acquisitions and internal investments in service development, staff, and training.”

KPMG firms have been recognized by Forrester in the Cyber Risk Quantification (CRQ) space in their report titled The Cyber Risk Quantification Landscape, Q4 2022. The report provides Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) insight into CRQ solutions offered by 15 notable vendors and research on business value, market dynamics and top use cases in the market.
The report notes, “Cyberattacks, incidents, and disruptive events have become so frequent globally that the increased level of cyber risk is now considered normal. Forrester’s 2022 data shows that 74% of global security leaders reported experiencing at least one cyberbreach in the past 12 months, compared to 63% of 2021 respondents.”

KPMG has achieved the top score in an international study of brand recognition among Energy & Resources consulting firms conducted by Source Global Research.
In a global survey of 238 energy and resources clients and prospects, KPMG ranked top for aided awareness. The study, carried out by Source Global Research, asked participants to select three brands from a list of the world’s top 15 consulting organizations that they would be most comfortable talking about in more detail. Each organization was then also scored on how quickly it takes to fill a quota of responses.
The research is seen as a key measurement of brand recognition, with KPMG steadily rising from ninth in 2018 to third in 2020 and first this year.
