Gijs de Graaff

Gijs is a Director within KPMG Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services at KPMG Netherlands. Having over 20 years of experience in finance, with roles in valuation, business control, financial and non-financial reporting (Dutch GAAP, IFRS) both from an advisory perspective and a company perspective, with in depth knowledge of current ESG frameworks, he supports a range of companies on board / senior management level by providing implementation oversight, effective advice on what is coming in terms of regulation and support them in transitioning their reporting processes.Gijs currently is the EU Taxonomy solution leader for the Netherlands. He is supporting a range of companies with the implementation of the new regulation. This includes assisting clients to understand how to apply the guidance to their activities, understanding their data requirements and gaps, establishing the roadmap to implementation, setting up the implementation project and providing training.
