Fernando is an Advisor to public and private sector clients on major infrastructure projects across the transportation, energy, water and social infrastructure sectors. Fernando has worked in Europe, Africa, the US and Latin America. Since October 2014, he has been a Partner at KPMG Brazil infrastructure practice, based in Rio de Janeiro. Before joining the Brazilian firm, Fernando was the head of the Portuguese and Angolan KPMG infrastructure practice. From 2011 to 2014, Fernando was a member of the executive committee of KPMG's Africa Infrastructure practice. As part of his role, he contributed to developing KPMG's infrastructure practices in various sub-saharan countries.
