Dave Yip

Dave joined KPMG as a Partner in 2011 having been a leader within a technology consultancy for the previous 11 years. As part of his National Markets and Public Sector role, Dave leads the UK Technology Advisory Practice delivering services specifically to our professional practice service clients.

Dave has over 20 years of experience defining and delivering benefits for the world’s largest private and public sector organisations. He has undertaken many projects with mixed client/multi-supplier teams from business case through to service handover.

His national team delivers business led, technology enabled programmes - transforming firms’ IT functions, using insight from advanced data analytics. Specific projects include ERP and CRM selection; cohesive IT strategies and operating models; implementing Cloud solutions; self-serve platforms and building C-suite business performance dashboards.

Dave has recently worked with numerous professional practice clients spanning technology selection; programme audits; transformation business cases; and systems implementation.
