David is a Principal with KPMG Singapore’s Infrastructure Advisory practice and leads KPMG’s regional transport practice. He has advised governments and private sector clients on several transportation projects spanning roads, rail, ports and airports across ASEAN and Australia as well as the Middle East. His work covers the full lifecycle of project development through to project procurement and implementation.
In addition, he heads the firm’s infrastructure and PPP policies advisory practice; having advised on PPP and private sector participation policies, laws, and frameworks in countries such as Australia, Hong Kong, Qatar, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.
