Colleen is a Partner in KPMG LLP and leads the KPMG Innovation Labs. She has extensive experience through the full innovation and investment life cycle, with over 15 years of experience with innovation, strategy and investments. Colleen has a deep understanding of trends across consumer oriented industries, including Consumer & Retail, FS Banking, FS Insurance, FS Wealth Management, Healthcare and Telecom & Media. Previously, she served as COO of Strategic Investments and Innovation for KPMG LLP, as well as key leader on KPMG’s Global Strategic Investments leadership team. She enhanced KPMG's investments portfolio and innovation life cycle management, including rationalization, prioritization, business case development, funding of innovation investments, and provided innovation oversight and coaching for a broad array of innovation initiatives.

Colleen leads the KPMG Innovation Labs, helping our clients navigate an increasingly complex and rapidly changing environment. The Innovation Labs are focused on providing insights on signals of change from an outside in perspective. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients in an immersive process, the Innovation Labs apply design thinking for business model innovation to drive from signals to action.
