Bernd is an acknowledged expert in the financial services sector and has over 17 years consulting experience. He has led assignments with national and international credit and financial services institutions, FinTechs and finance departments of corporate clients. Bernd is specializing in the establishment, restructuring and merging of credit institutions and investments firms. He advises clients on key strategic challenges, such as growth strategies, strategic realignments, efficiency improvement programmes, re-organisation and change management in transformation programs and post-merger integration projects.
